        This warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the water play components and structures. Replaced or repaired parts are warranted only for the remainder of the original limited warranty period. Warranties are not transferable.<\/p>\n

        Guarantees do not cover :<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, vandalism, abuse, negligence, accidents, abnormal use, improper assembly methods, modifications, additions or substitutions of parts, and environmental factors (flooding, lightning, hail, etc.).<\/li>\n
        • Products that have been modified, altered or repaired by unauthorized third parties.<\/li>\n
        • Products that have not been used as designed or intended, or misused.
          Products that have been removed from their original location or reinstalled elsewhere without prior approval from Industries Simexco inc.<\/li>\n
        • Unpainted brushed stainless steel products are not covered for surface rust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t

          Applicable warranty periods (installation)<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          All installations performed by Simexco Industries Inc. are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months following complete installation and start-up of the water feature. Installation will be based on the requirements of the current CAN\/CSA-Z614-20 standard.<\/p>

          The twelve (12)-month warranty also extends to any rebuilds or repairs carried out during the basic warranty period.<\/p>

          During this warranty period, Simexco Industries will replace or repair, at no cost to the owner, all defective parts, transportation and labor.<\/p>

          All problems resulting from an abnormal situation and\/or beyond our control are not covered by this warranty. Our work will be carried out to the highest standards by an experienced and professional team.<\/p>

          Maintenance of play structures and surfaces remains the responsibility of the owner. It is the owner's responsibility to maintain the play surface and circulation areas in good condition, in accordance with CAN\/CSA-Z614-20 standards, and to keep the play surface free of all objects and\/or debris that could cause injury, infection and\/or disease. It is also the responsibility of the owner and\/or custodian of the property to maintain a detailed list of the installation, and to carry out regular inspections and maintenance as required.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t

          In the event of a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Simexco Industries immediately. Simexco Industries may choose to inspect the alleged defects at the installation site, or request that the part be shipped to its premises. The purchaser must not return any parts or components without the approval of Simexco Industries.

          Labor is not covered by the warranty. Warranty claims must be received within the applicable warranty period and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and delivery note, maintenance record and relevant photographs.

          These warranties are expressly given priority over any other warranties implied or expressed or any other representations made by any person, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
